Marimo Moss Carpet

Marimo moss carpet. Basicaslly i bought a moss marimo ball instead of what i meant to go and get which was ghost shrimp anyways i will get pics up at some point but i m wondering is there any way of making a carpet like thing on the bottom. I am trying to create a hobbit hole from the lord of the rings if you don t know what i m talking about just google the shire. How do i turn moss balls into a beautiful grassy moss carpet for my aquarium. I have a few specific questions already.
